Who receives customer payments?
Each business connects its own Square seller account. Customer payments processed through that connection go to the business’s Square account.
Can customers use a non-Square payment method?
Businesses can add methods such as Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, cash, check, or a custom link. A team member confirms those payments manually.
Does AI send replies without review?
The current AI Reply Assistant drafts context-aware responses. A team member can edit, regenerate, and choose when to send them.
What happens when a customer pays?
A verified Square payment marks the opportunity Won and adds the previously selected job time to the calendar. Manual payments use the same workflow after confirmation.
How does introductory pricing work?
The displayed introductory price covers the first paid month once per workspace. The subscription then automatically renews at the standard monthly price shown for that plan until canceled.
What happens at the SMS segment limit?
Sending pauses at the plan’s included limit unless optional overage billing is enabled. When enabled, extra outbound segments are charged at the plan’s displayed rate after the calendar month closes.
